job content:

1. Receive customer orders, calculate product prices, check and confirm the return contract.

2. Communicate customer order information to relevant departments.

3. According to the customer's delivery schedule, make delivery plan and distribute it to relevant departments.

4. Follow up the production progress of customer orders and report any abnormal conditions to the superior in time.

5. Make delivery reconciliation with customers and follow up the invoiced amount.

6. Keep in touch with customers, increase communication, understand customers' needs and do a good job in customer service.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in international trade is preferred, CET-4 or above, fluent oral English is preferred

2. Fresh graduates are acceptable, foreign trade work experience, familiar with trade operation process and relevant laws and regulations are preferred

3. Have good business development ability, team spirit and independent ability, have the courage to explore and innovate

4. Cheerful personality, proactive, confident, willing to bear hardships, eager to learn and strong sense of responsibility
